What is your return / refund policy for fertilizers?
Due to the sensitive nature and strict handling requirements of agrochemicals, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Please note that title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier. Once the shipment leaves our facility, Risso-Chem is not liable for any loss or damage occurring during transit. We do not offer returns, refunds, or reshipments for goods damaged during shipping. Any claims for transport damage must be filed directly with the logistics provider. We will gladly provide necessary shipping documents to support your claim.

If you need something tailor-made—say a 18-9-18 + Mg + humic acid for your local soil—send us your soil report or target formula, and our technical team will propose a custom compound within 48 h, with MOQ as low as 1×20′ FCL for private-label or custom specs.
We currently export to 60+ countries across Asia, Europe, North & South America. Most of our products (NPK compound, UAN 32-0-0, ammonium sulfate nitrate, potassium humate, etc.) are cleared for agricultural import in major markets, but a few notes:
Duties & VAT → usually the buyer’s responsibility (DAP/FOB/CIF terms negotiable).
Restricted items → some countries regulate high-nitrogen liquids (e.g., UAN) or humic acid imports—tell us your port city and we’ll confirm if any permit is needed beforeyou order.
Samples (≤5 kg) → we often ship via courier (DHL/UPS) for quick testing, duties prepaid or collect depending on region.
