AZ70 Galvalume Steel Coil (70 g/m²)

High-Performance AZ70 Galvalume Coil with Superior Corrosion Resistance, Heat Reflectivity, and Long Service Life for Roofing, Appliances, and Industrial Applications

Galvalume Steel Coil AZ70 – Premium Corrosion-Resistant Steel

Galvalume Steel Coil AZ70 (70 g/m²) is a high-performance steel coil coated with an aluminum-zinc alloy, consisting of approximately 55% aluminum (Al), 43–43.5% zinc (Zn), and 1.5–1.6% silicon (Si). The coating weight is about 70 g/m² per side, meeting ASTM AZ70 standards.

This coating combines the barrier protection of aluminum with the sacrificial protection of zinc, delivering excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability.

Key Features

  • Superior Corrosion Resistance: 4–6 times higher than standard hot-dip galvanized steel

  • Excellent Heat Resistance & Reflectivity: Stable at approximately 300 °C, with reflectivity twice that of galvanized steel

  • Long Service Life: Typically 20–30 years under harsh environmental conditions

  • Outstanding Processability: Excellent ductility, impact resistance, and coating adhesion; suitable for stamping, bending, welding, and coating
